This Cookie Policy explains how Traffic Bull uses cookies and similar technologies (a) on our own websites, including the Administration Panel at panel.trafficbull.com (and the legacy panel at up.trafficbull.com until it is retired), and (b) in the delivery of advertising on publishers' websites through the Traffic Bull Platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy (panel.trafficbull.com/privacy). It replaces the Cookie Declaration dated February 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device or advertising identifiers. We use the word "cookies" for all of them. Cookies can be "first-party" (set by the site you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by another domain, such as an advertising platform), and "session" (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" (kept until they expire or you delete them).
2. Cookies and local storage on panel.trafficbull.com
We reviewed the Platform on 22 September 2026. The Administration Panel at panel.trafficbull.com does not use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and does not set tracking cookies of its own. It uses the following, all of which are needed to provide the service you request or to keep it secure ("strictly necessary" under the ePrivacy rules), so no consent banner is shown. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies we will ask for your consent first and update this Policy.

2.2 Functional (your preferences — stored on your device only)
The Panel remembers the choices you make so you do not have to repeat them. These values are kept in your browser's local storage, are not sent to any third party, and are removed if you clear your browser data.

2.3 Performance / analytics
None. The Panel does not currently use Google Analytics or any other analytics or performance-measurement tool. (The previous version of this Policy listed Google Analytics cookies; these are no longer used.)
2.4 Advertising and social media
None on the Panel. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media cookies on panel.trafficbull.com, and we do not sell information collected through cookies. Section 3 explains the identifiers used when advertising is delivered on publishers' websites, which is a different context.
3. Identifiers used to deliver advertising on publishers' websites
When advertising is delivered through the Traffic Bull Platform on a publisher's website, Traffic Bull's ad tags may read or set the following on the visitor's device. In this context the publisher is the controller of its visitors' data and is responsible for obtaining any consent required through its own cookie banner; Traffic Bull acts on the publisher's instructions as described in our Platform Data Processing Terms (panel.trafficbull.com/dpa).

Traffic Bull does not use these identifiers to build interest profiles of visitors across websites, does not use special-category data (such as sexual orientation or health) for ad selection, and does not sell visitor data. Advertisers that receive click or conversion identifiers are bound by our Platform Data Processing Terms not to re-identify visitors or combine the data with other sources.
4. Your choices
- On the Panel: because we use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage, there is no consent banner. You can clear the stored preferences at any time through your browser (clear site data for panel.trafficbull.com); you will simply be logged out and asked to set your preferences again.
- Google reCAPTCHA: it protects your account and cannot be switched off individually; you can control Google's cookies through Google's own settings at myaccount.google.com and through your browser.
- On publishers' websites: use the cookie banner or settings offered by that website. Traffic Bull honours the consent signal passed to its tags by the publisher's consent tool.
- In your browser: all major browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data (see your browser's help pages). Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent you from logging in to the Panel.

We update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change; the current version and effective date are shown at the top, and previous versions are available at panel.trafficbull.com/legal. Questions: privacy@trafficbull.com.
